About J.R. :
The Saints have always been a big part of my life ever sense I was a young boy. When I was seven years old the city that I love was hit by the worst storm ever in this country’s history. Thousands were without homes and most floating atop the dark flooded waters. For the people that survived, they would jump on floating debris and try to swim toward the superdome. The superdome held host to thousands of refugees who were without homes and without hope. I love the saints because they gave their stadium to the public for shelter and Made a place where they could stay without having to be out in the storm.
After the storm my family took refuge in Georgia where we stayed with my Grandpa until we could move into a house. Today I am still in the peach state and I thank it for taking us in, but I will always love Louisiana!
The 2009 season the Saints won the Super Bowl and brought back Happiness to the city. From that point New Orleans has been the fastest growing city. I love the Saints because they brought hope to those who had none.
